Karn, a native of Massachusetts is a former contemporary  choreographer, performer, experimental filmmaker and ballet teacher. She holds a BA and an MA from Mount Holyoke and the University of Iowa.

Karn is a certified 3HO Kundalini Yoga instructor based in the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, currently teaching at Guru Gayatri and very happy to be teaching here at Vitalize Seattle!
